Click & Collect Service
We are employing a click-and-collect system for our website. This was a decision we made to enable us to monitor the constant fluctuating stock levels and erratic supply issues we are encountering in the current climate.
After you have placed an item in your shopping basket and sent your order to us we will contact you regarding your collection and payment of your purchase. This will ensure we have your purchase allocated to you and if necessary any assembly has been done keeping things quick for you, and avoiding any wasted journeys due to being out of stock.
Important: Please do not come in before we contact you to say your goods are ready for collection.
Once we contact you either by phone or email you may come in and collect your goods. On arrival please ring the bell on the front counter so we know you are waiting. We still provide hand sanitisers on the counter should you like to use it, we have left the face screens between you and our counter for the time being.

One final note, we are facing very long delays on a wide range of products. We are constantly in contact with our suppliers to keep things moving as much as possible, BUT, if you are looking for something specific before you travel to us you may want to call us first to check stock and availability to avoid disappointment.
